Best pellet grill I’ve owned. It smokes and grills better than the pit boss or camp chef that I’ve had in previous years. Definitely a higher tier grill/smoker and very well built. Assembly was definitely easy compared to the pit boss Savannah that I had. Cleaning is also pretty easy. I really like everything about this smoker.
I am new to wood pellet grills, so far I'm really enjoying this just for cooking like I would on my gas grill. I have not had a chance to smoke with it but look forward to doing so have cooked many pork chops and steaks in the short time I've had it I love the high temperatures had my buddies over last night cooked steaks for him and they were amazed.
I got one of those deals you couldn’t pass up. This cooker thinks for you and I’m still getting use to all the bells and whistles. I’m really looking forward to trying all my favorites with this smoker helping me along the way .
The heating element went out right after I bought it in middle of cooking my first batch of meat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry to hear about your glow plug going out on the first cook. We would suggest making sure the glow plug connection is secure. Our Care team is reaching out to follow up. Please look for an outreach from us soon. Thank you!
I love the way it cooks and controls. Bridging is not an issue unless the pellets I buy have an extra long length. If I stick to Weber pellets it’s much better. I have had to replace the shear pin on the auger twice. It’s simple enough to get to, but just an inconvenience. I have had it flame up on me a couple of times. Needs to be kept clean. Venting out the back ruins the e-coat, so maybe look at a stack.
