This is the best grill I have owned. The food comes out with a nice, smokey flavor. It is easy to operate and clean. The Weber app is a nice addition as well to monitor the meat temperature with the probes.
Smokes great! Haven't grilled yet. Porcelain has chipped off around ash drawer and bottom left valence after only second use. Pellets don't always slide down the chute. Maybe a redesign off the hopper or a small vibrator on the chute would help.

I’m giving 4 stars for now because I’ve only had it a month. I cook on a grill 5-6 nights out of the week. I already had 3 pellet grills already but was curious about the Weber. It seems to put out more smoke than the Yoder and grilla that I have. I’ve got a Recteq bullseye that is my favorite but this Weber is very impressive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had this grill for a few years now. Even with the 2nd gen improvements, I still had flame outs happen several times, ruining my food. Random air gaps would form under the pellets and cause them to stop falling. Since I have removed the finger guard, it has been a completely different BBQ, one I can depend on for long 6+ hour smokes without having to manually shuffle the pellets around. Other than that issue it is a great bbq with lots of great features. I love the app and the recent updates are a really nice touch.
My first pellet smoker and I am very happy that I went with a Weber. This smoker meets the Weber history of being well built, easy to use and cleanup is a breeze. All items made so far have turned out fantastic. No concerns and look forward to smoking a lot of dinner items from meat to sides and even did a pecan pie in a cast iron pie pan.
