Good could be great with a few improvements

The flavor is the best of any pellet grill I have ever owned. The hopper is bad even on gen 2 the pellets will not feed. You must use a foil half pan on low and slow to prevent grease fires. I think weber should offer a stainless steel pan for this purpose and redesign the hopper for better pellet feeding.

Grill is great, but app is waayyyyyyy behind. No temp graph, no ETA to target temp, no cook history?? These are significant missing features, especially after multiple years on the market (and many years of experience with iGrill before this).
The grill works well, though, and the food results are excellent. Uses more pellets than I'd like, but the results are good. The grease and dust management is clunky and requires a lot of hands-on to clean out.

I think this is a solid pellet grill. I do wish there was a way to catch grease at high temps, to prevent flare ups. I would not say it is a great grill, better at smoking. I have done 8-10 hour cooks, no problem. Food comes out great Overall, I am happy with it.
