Heard & read some bad things about the early models making me think about not buying one bu that fear is gone. No problems. Works great. I would recommend.
Amazing smoker! The flavor is much better than the other pellet smoker brands, I think it’s due to the direct heat. The max temp of 600 is also a major plus for searing. My only gripe is the grease collection and ash collection really doesn’t work at all.
It sears!! It does what it says it does and it’s a lot of grilling space with a small foot print. It’s can slow cook, super smoke on low and sears my burgers and meats. Gets up to 600 degrees in 15 minutes from turn on.
My smoke fire exceeded my expectations. It holds temperature, there are no flareups, and so far no software issues or pellet flow problems. I love the fact that I can get up to 600° Or, low temp smoke all day. Also I find the build quality of the Weber superior to their competitors.
