Great pellet grill, good performance and puts some amazing flavor into the food. After some updates by Weber, minor quality and performance issue this pellet grill is performing at the quality of the Weber name. Superb customer service, quick response, friendly and eager to assist. My replacement parts had been shipped out immediately and worked as described. I use it to cook almost anything now from Chicken to Briskets does the job no matter what. Quick warm up times, low fuel consumption and better temperature management.

The unit is sturdy and functional. The add-on shelf for the left side and the front are utter garbage. Flimsy and loose. Does not feel in line with the rest of the product. The PID controller is nice and the app is almost useful. Needs some attention to detail.
Cooking/smoking has been very pleasant. Really great outcomes!

Fantastic pellet smoker! I really love the Weber brand and have inherited the love through my father's Weber brand devotion.
I have only had the EX4 for a few days now, with only a slight problem with the app, it stops the programed recipe once the phone closes/rest mode, thus I have to leave my phone and app Live/on.

Great smoker. Reaches 350F quicker than my kitchen oven. Only problem is the external probes dont always stay in the connection ports. In fact, port one i cannot use for this reason.

The smoke fire grill serves the purpose of a smoker but can be cranked up to a higher heat for all out grilling. Using wood pellets infuses a great taste into the food. Having the Bluetooth connected to my phone I am a notified when it reaches preset temperature and when any event such as a timer or internal temperature from the probes is reached allowing me to spend time with company while cooking.

There is a lot of talk about the quality issues with the gen 1. I found no issues with the gen 2 and it’s a warrior. Being smart if you have a long slow cook clean out machine before a high heat cook so there are no grease fires
