The Basic Grill is good I like it ! The add on Stainless Steel shelves are let down it is not very sturdy. I would have rather had the older Weber Plastic type shelves they are very durable and strong. Needs an X brace at the bottom of the legs. It is a good start but needs some refinement. As engineers did you use the the shelves?

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your new SmokeFire EX4! We are glad to hear that you are enjoying your new grill. The add on shelves provide extra space for tools, platters, and cutting boards to make grilling easier. To hold up to 20 lbs! We will certainly pass your feedback on to our development team! Thanks again and keep on grilling!
I am very pleased with my grill. Easy to use, cooks everything great so far.

I’ve tried to like this grill. I’ve had the grill for about three weeks and used it a lot to get the hang of it. It won’t keep a constant temp. I’ll set it at 200 and it constantly goes to 275 then cools down to 200. It does it throughout the cook cycle. It has failed to fire a few times for some unknown reason. All of my food has turned out over cooked and blah. The final straw was when cooking ribs at 200 the pellet feeder over fed and I had a friggin bon fire in the grill. It got so hot the paint starting melting off and was afraid it was going to burn down my house.
It is easy to understand how to use. I do find though that the flavor of the pellets is not always in the food that is cooked. Not sure if it is what is being cooked or the pellets used. Other than that I recommend this grill.
This is a versatile grill that gets the job done. A decent sized footprint that doesn’t take up a lot of space but can hold plenty of food. Plus it’s Made in the USA!
Can’t understand how the smoke boost and you need to keep an eye on your pellets and keep working them to keep from jamming up. The lower grill is hotter on the right then on the left. Says it easy to clean and this is false, hard to clean lower part of down by burner.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We are sorry to learn that your experience did not match your expectations. We recommend using added SmokeBoost feature within your cook's first two hours - when the grill’s temperature is between 165-200 degrees. This is the ideal time and temperature for capturing the best smoky flavors from pellet wood smoke and smolder. Check out our FAQ on Smookeboost here https://consumer-care.weber.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042699832-What-is-SmokeBoost-. We do not expect the pellets to jam as described. We want to help you have a more enjoyable experience when using your grill. Please be on the lookout for a follow-up email from us shortly! Keeping up with your SmokeFire maintenance is essential for it to work properly. We would love to offer cleaning tips such as using water pans during low and slow cooks. Thank you again for sharing your feedback, and we hope to hear from you soon!

This is the first quality grill that I have purchased and I could not be happier. In the past, I had seen fit to buy "throw away" grills like the cheap models and the like. This thing is amazing. It gets to temperature quickly and has a broader temperature range than any other pellet grill that I have looked at (200F-600F). Pellets last much longer than I had imagined, though at higher temperatures it does eat through them, of course. Every piece of meat that I have grilled thus far has been perfect. The included temperature probes aid greatly in the instances where you may not be sure how to judge doneness by feel or appearance.
