The push button start, the temperature control, the meat probes reporting internal temps, the great phone app, the ease of clean up, are just some of the reasons I absolutely love my EX4. But the two factors I would recommend people look at when choosing a grill is 1) TASTE and 2) customer support. When you put your hard earned money down for this grill, rest assured that your food is going to taste great. I can also tell you the customer support is absolutely awesome and they totally stand behind their product. I had a fuse go out and Weber was easy to work with and I had a fuse in no time flat. We use it 4 or 5 times a week. Yes we do chicken, burgers, hotdogs, ribs, but have found a love for the taste and tenderness of summer vegetables and even cooking pizza on a pizza stone. If you like to grill, you will LOVE your Weber Smokefire Grill.

I’ve grilled a pork butt, pork steaks and wings so far, all were easy and had a great smoke flavor, I believe my kettle grill is going to feel neglected.

I was worried that this grill would not sear very well; I’m not worried any more, it Sears great plus the smoke flavour is amazing. I was also super impressed how fast it gets to temperature, which it maintains very well.

Easy set up and everything is working as designed. It took about 2 hours to put together and appears to be solidly constructed as Weber's are known to be. There was a slight discoloration on the lid from a self adhering sticker that I was not able to remove. Customer support was fantastic and I had a new lid in 2 days. Love it!
