Amazing, no flare ups, meat is amazing and so easy to use. Quality product and so happy I made the choice to stick with Weber and not purchase another brand.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best of both worlds, grill and smoker, rolled into one! Out of the box worked great, loved it. Then it started throwing error codes and would not work. Called Weber customer service and they sent a new fan, but that didn't fix it. Then they sent a new control board, but that didn't fix it. They they sent a new fan wire and that finally fixed it. Then the glow plug went out and had to replace that. All in all took almost 6 weeks to finally get it back up and running.
Once it was running again I absolutely love it! So simple to use, love the app interface and gave me easy entry into the world of smoking. It makes smoking so easy even I can do it!
As long as you are willing to be patient if something goes wrong, then its a great grill/smoker. Weber customer service was excellent overall. Just know its a new technology and things might go wrong. But it you stick it out its well worth the effort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always loved the Weber name, grills, and customer service; so when the Smokefire was announced I knew I would own one. Prior to owning the Smokefire I already owned a Genesis S-330, Performer, & a Q1200. Ther build quality of all these grills is top notch. The Smokefire has been able to do what Weber has promised; I've smoked pork shoulders and ribs; grilled chicken, burgers, baked potatoes, and wings; and I've reverse seared steaks to perfection. Only reason for tbe 4 stars is because I left the smoker running while I ran to the store briefly and within 15 minutes had an alert on my phone about low temp; pellets had bridged in the hopper and lost all my heat and momentum on my cook which was super frustrating, tbis has happened twice. But other than that it has performed and look forward to continue using it and learning.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After lots of research into pellet grills I came to believe that the SmokeFire was the most flexible cooker for both grilling and smoking. I was a little hesitant because there were some issues reported by users on the first generation grill. Weber seemed to have addressed them all so I took the plunge. This 2nd Gen grill has functioned flawlessly. It is easy to use and the digital controls are intuitive. It holds the temperature perfectly and the probes make cooking foods to temperature a breeze. Steaks, chicken, smoked meats all come out exactly as desired. I assembled it myself.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kids main protein was chicken nuggets and hot dogs. Now they love dad's chicken & ribs! I had the Gen2 model for several months and have had no issues. This has fully replaced my gas grill - grills amazing steaks, pork chops and chicken breasts. I have already made many perfect racks of ribs, nc style pulled pork, and beer can chicken. I am new to smoking; the app with temperature probes helps me achieve perfect, consistent results every time. No wondering when to flip the steaks, or if the chicken/pork has reached a safe temperature. App provides temperature alerts, and even let's me know when I am down to 2 lbs. of pellets (tested that feature and worked great). The app has step by step instructions, but you can easily use online recipes and just rely on the app to monitor the temperature. I chose the Smokefire for safety. I like that it is engineered to reduce risk of pellet fire. I purchased 2 wet smoke kits and always use foil drip pans for long smokes; and I always clean ash drawer prior to grilling/smoking. Clean up has become a breeze and now takes just a few minutes. Some extras I am glad I bought: heat resistant gloves, 2 wet smoke kits (comes with brace to stabilize the drip pan; important when filled with water), claws to tear apart pork and pickup meat, lots of foil pans (6416 and 6498). Getting ready to try out the beer can chicken and veggie insert today, and excited to try pizza soon (just got the pizza stone). Wife loves the food, and meal prep contributions. Kids are trying new foods, and I could not be happier!
