Quick and easy assembly. Fantastic integration with the Weber Connect app. Within the first few cooks a prime rib roast and full turkey were done almost effortlessly.

Install worked well. One suggestion would be to warn about restarting after shutdown. I shut the grill down but then realized the meat was too rare. Couldn't restart. Also, more focused cook books for wood fire grill would be helpful.

First time pellet grill owner and have done ribs, brisket, prime rib, and chicken within three weeks of taking delivery. All the meats came out nice and juicy with the right amount of smoke. The ability to do hassle-free long smokes and walk away for hours at a time without worries cannot be beat.

After alot of research I choose to purchase the Weber EX4 smoker over a few other brands I had narrowed it down to and so far I am very pleased with that decision. Being made in America and from a company with a proven track record for quality were the deciding factors for me. Right out of the box I could tell the quality by its heavy duty construction and ease of assembly. My first smoke was flawless and every one since as well. The whole software program is intuitive and quite honestly is making a better cook out of me since I have real time temperature monitoring of the cooking area and inside of the meat as well. I could see this platform and technology carry over into a gas barbaque where you could control and monitor temp as well. A very happy customer to say the least!

Set up wasn’t too timely, about 2 hours. Instructions and packaging well laid out.
Have had a couple issues when using the smoker, being that the glow plug stopped working in the middle of two smokes. This resulted in an error / shutdown, allowing the food to cool for the 20 + mins while cleaning according to the troubleshooting guide. Checked the fit on the glow plug and it was tight, but happened a second time. I replaced the glow plug with one of the spares that came with the grill after the second time this happened and haven’t had an issue yet.
The ease, versatility, and excellent results make this my favorite grill / smoker so far.
