First: I have owned a Weber product for the last 15 years. I hear a lot of great things about this grill. I have had a couple good experiences and a couple not so good experiences. I am hoping it will not be so fickle down the road. I hope I can update this review in 6 months to a 5 star rating.

I accidentally shut off the grill because the power outlet used a light switch….went to turn it on and the LED screen said there was a error. and I wouldn’t reignite! Had to wait approximately 30 to get it back on

Good product but the shut down is very long and noisy. Got a bag of apple pellets and some of the pellets were over 3 inches long and bridged over auger feed and grill went out, had to go thru whole shut down before restart.

Biggest piece of junk I have ever seen. Ask yourself why they have a 100 day money back guarantee and then move on. Thanks Weber for ruining my Thanksgiving Turkey.
