This grill is fantastic. heats up almost as quickly as a gas grill, obviously though: it's wood! Those savory flavors! It couldn't be easier to switch out pellets depending on your needs and desires. Shutdown is quick and even cools the grill faster. The computer and app work terrific together, and the probes and timer at the grill itself are easy, accurate, and helpful. The grease and asj trap works a charm as well. This is what we expect from Weber!

Excellent choice of a grillHope you have 2 Weber Grills for anyone as a secondary unit. Although you can sear with the SmokeFire grill, it is not the same as on a regular propane or charcoal grill. Conclusion is; you need to own 2 Weber Grills, which is a good thing :)

So far, so good. Have grilled burgers and salmon and smoked a couple racks of ribs - spareribs and baby backs. Everything has turned out great. Bought a 10' diameter offset umbrella so I don't have to worry about the grill getting rained on during a long slow cook. Wish the Weber recipe book was a little more clear on how to do things. Waited a long time to get this and glad I finally took the plunge.

So far the experience has been amazing. However, I found something on the back of the grill and will need to be addressed. I looked like the paint coat is peeling off. For an item at such price, I dont think this should be there.

Thank you for your review of the SmokeFire EX4. We are glad that you have enjoyed the grill so far! Peeling paint is not expected to happen as we do not paint the inside of our grills. What you might be viewing is a build-up of carbonized grease. This is the normal seasoning of the grill and can be easily cleaned using warm soapy water and a steel brush. Missing parts and manuals. Can not put it together

It is still in parts on my garage floor. It did not come with a Hardware pack so I could not put it together. no manual on how to put it together. No operation manual. I have called numerous times and all I get is " it's on backorder" the box got wet so I have no way of returning it. Not happy with the outcome of this order I made on your website.

Awesome grill. Love the flavor it imparts on just about anything I cook. I own both Weber gas and charcoal grills and this gives the convenience of the gas grill with smoky flavor of charcoal. Still working through cooks but zero complaints and all praise so far.
