Surface rust

I store it covered inside. When I uncovered it surface rust was on the doors, grill cover and side trays.
I tried contacting Weber but could only chat and could not get an answer to my issue. Cooking on it is fine. Just would be nice to be able to contact a person.

Issues with the lighting of the grill I have to use a lighter to light 4 of the burners and the paint is peeling around the knob board

Bad parts, worse Warranty

Weber's warranty is next to useless. Sure they'll give you a warranty but good luck having Weber stock the part. They'll give you the run around for claiming the part is on back order and won't compensate you for the cost of purchasing the part from an independent retailer who actually has it in stock. Take your dollars elsewhere.
