I bought the grill from bbqing in ottawa and the package had parts that were incorrect and missing. I called them multiple times but did not get through. I drove there and reported what happened and was told they ordered the part missing in. Never got a call back and did not receive the part.

As a new comer to Weber grills, my expectations were high. I have not been let down nor surprised but the quality, design and performance. As any craftsman knows, the tool should do most of the hardwork. That is exactly the case here. All though I haven't run this completely around the track, so to speak, it has performed as promised from grilling salmon and fresh Jersey asparagus to the quick Wednesday night burger. Heats quickly and maintains the heat better than any grilled I've owned.

We got the all stainless steel gensis bbq with stainless steel grate inserts also. Its real nice with the searing burner and it comes with changeable grates for a frying pan option. The side burner is real nice also. Its a real big bbq with alot of options. We love it.

I love my new Weber grill! I did purchase a griddle for half of the grill surface. It allows me space to fry potatoes or vegetables like mushrooms and onions. Makes an excellent stirfry! The temperature control of this grill is great!!! If you can afford it, you won’t be disappointed!!!!
