Had it for 3 week used it 10 times. It's Great! Took 2 times to get accustomed to it, last one was a 3 burner. My son and I assembled it and it was simple to do. I can say, from touching the parts, we should get many, many years of cooking experience on this Genesis! The parts are of quality! Our last Genesis was purchased in 1994 and still cooked on it until The day we purchased the new Genesis E-435! For sentiment, we kept the lid from the 94! I would not purchase anyother grill other an a WEBER! Made in the USA!!
I’ve owned Weber charcoal grills and bullet smokers for most of my adult life. This is my first venture into a propane. Absolutely LOVE the four burners + sear zone; expertly engineered! Assembly took me about 4 hours on my own but that’s because I was interrupted several times and may have taken a beer break or two just because it was a super lazy Saturday; probably could have done it in 2 or even less had my type-a alter ego kicked in. My first cook on it were some chicken legs and thighs and skewered veggies. The control you get across the grilling real estate is amazing; I truly wouldn’t go with less than 4 burners if you want to micro-manage your zones 🤣. No regrets whatsoever on this purchase.
Very little flare up. Grease collection cup really works. Stainless steel get water stains very easily. Very hard to remove. Large handle gets hot. So far so good.
The Weber S-435 replaced my 10+ year old Genesis E-310 and the amount of grilling space allowed by the S-435 appeared to be 30% more surface and it made grilling for it's FIRST barbeque party so much easier and enjoyable!
This is a great, roomy grill. Well made and easy to use. I’ve had Webers in the past and they served me well. I liked it well enough that I purchased one for my daughter also.
This is my first experience with a gas grill after more than 30 years of using charcoal/lump charcoal, and I am super pleased with the E-435. Plenty of cooking room, love that I can control temps much better than with my kettle and, of course, the convenience of gas grilling. I am looking forward to accessorizing the grill over time to create a true outdoor kitchen.
