My new Genesis E-435 Gas Grill Is one of the BEST Weber grills that I have ever owned! It cooks the best steaks I have ever tasted! The sear on the steaks was amazing. Indirect cooking is carefree. I can't wait to try my rotisserie to BBQ a chicken! I did a beer can Chicken with baby Yukon potatoes and the taste of both was awesome. The extra height provided a nice even cook! You won't be disappointed with this grill!

So I decided to go with the Genesis due to having a large family even though the price point was hard to swallow. Let me tell you, I’m glad I did! This thing is a beast and cooks perfectly even across the whole grill. Maintains a constant temperature and is well worth the higher price point. It’s the last grill I ever plan on buying since it will be forever garage kept. Truly a masterful piece of art! Well done Weber.

Works great. Love the Crafted accessories. Have used the griddle multiple times and great pizza off the stone. And of course, it cooks an awesome steak. Seldom do we cook in our oven or stove top anymore.

Great grill. I had a 30 + year old weber, but when I moved I got an S-435. The stainless is easy to clean and I live close to the coast so I don't want rust. The size is great, and I can use just one or 2 burners for smaller BBQ needs. It also allows easy indirect cooking. The sear blaster works wonderfully. Finally, the heat goes low enough to gently cook anything even on direct heat.
