We suggest preheating the grill with all burners on high for 15 minutes. This ensures there is even heat across the grill. Our burner control knobs start at the high position. As the knob is turned counterclockwise the temperature goes lower.

My new Weber grill is, indeed, the best of the best grills. It is well constructed with high gaged steel and stainless-steel parts. The burners are designed that allows meats to be cooked quickly and evenly. The grill cover is made of heavy gauged steel and finished with high gloss paint. For those who love to grill the Weber E-435 Grill is at the top of my list.

Very nice grill cooks evenly. Out of the box one of the burners didn’t lite, diagnosed on the phone with the help line. Was told it needs a new ignition box- back ordered no estimated time. Very expensive grill to not work out of the box and told just wait till we get the part
