Love the room and how well it grills. Very easy to control temperature. Not loving the spots of rust already appearing on the burner control console after only a month and always being under a Weber grill cover when not in use. Definitely appears to be some quality issues with rust on the newer grills.
I would recommend this to a friend!

However, we are very sorry to hear you are seeing rust spots. We are happy to help.
If your grill is located in a coastal or humid area, or if chlorine is present in your environment, additional maintenance will be needed to keep up the appearance of the exterior steel parts.
Also, below are a couple helpful tips.
At the first sign of staining/discoloration/surface rust we would recommend cleaning with stainless steel cleaner (ex. Bar Keepers Friend). Once cleaned, we recommend using a stainless steel polish (ex. Weber's brand) to keep it looking its best in-between cleanings.
Once a week we would recommend wiping down the grill with a wet towel or rag and then drying completely.
We would only recommend covering your grill if you know inclement weather is coming.
The quicker you get at a stain the easier it will be to clean off.

Love the functionality of the grill but for one thing - the under grill cabinet storage of the LP tank. Very awkward. Should have left it to an open side for easier access

I’m a little disappointed with the following 2 items. First the griddle doesn’t come in any size other than the full space of the grill. Why don’t they provide a half size. It would be so much easier to put in and out. And, allows you to grill and griddle at the same time. Second, the grill doesn’t seem to cook effectively on the side away from the burner. We have to cook chicken, as an example and extra 10 to 15 min to get the crispy skin and cooked all the way through. Steaks are too coked through and through even though we seer them first. They actual cook better on the griddle

This is my second one the first one I spent 3 hours to put it to together and it leaked really bad returned it got another one it it leaks and I can’t find where it is coming from . I had a members mark grill for ten years never had anything like this happen I buy a expensive Weber and I have trouble like this

Please keep in mind that with exchange LP tanks, you are using something that many people could have used before you. If you suspect something is wrong with your LP tank, we recommend borrowing a proven LP tank you know works from a friend, family member, or neighbor to rule the LP tank out as the source of the issue. It is essential to look over the LP tank gasket before hooking up your hose and regulator and using your grill. A defective LP tank gasket can lead to gas flow and gas leak issues. Bought this grill with the hope that it would be able to stand coastal living in Florida. Grill began showing rust within the first year of my owning it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent grill. The materials are high quality and durable. It is extremely versatile with the Weber Crafted collection which allows you to purchase additional accessories and interchange/customize the grill into a griddle, wok, baking stone, etc. The sear zone created a great sear on steaks. Large cooking surface allows you to cook entire meal at once. The burners provide even and consistent heat. It is a little on the pricy end, but the quality and features certainly make up for that.
