Terrible Grill

Purchased in March. Assembled in May due to an injury. This grill is Terrible compared to my 2012 Weber Genesis 3 Burner w/Sear station. Takes longer to cook. Even thin chicken cutlets take long to cook. Unit is made out of cheaper materials than my old 2012 grill. Tried to return and "Customer Service" had me do all these tests and check for leaks etc etc... and basically told me it seems to be working fine, we cant help you. Basically telling me I'm stuck with this trash $2,000 grill. Terrible customer service. I DO NOT Recommend this grill or any other from Weber.

The cover turned yellow and I can’t get it off or back to normal. I contacted tech suppor and they were supposed to send me cleaning instructions and chemicals but never did. Other wise the cooking is great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Temperature control is wonderful and has worked well for everything from brisket to roast chicken. My only complaint is the side burner needs to be lit with a match.

I did not just buy the grill. I ordered a new set of replacement dials because one of them had broken. The process was unnecessarily difficult. Your website is terrible, and follow up off mark. I also have on burner that will not light via the ignition system and therefore I have to ignite using a gas lighter. The Weber grilles I used to know no longer seem to exist. Purchase and Ownership have not been a great experience.

I purchased the grill a short time ago, and I assembled it. The directions were very easy to follow with no problems. The short time I have used the grill has been great.
Not bad but overrated in my opinion. Does not heat evenly and does not feel heavy duty. The storage on the side is too small for all the available accessories and is open to the elements and critters. On the top you can see all the wires and working parts on each side . They should have built a small metal cover for the gaps, it looks unfinished.
