You haven’t used a real grill until you jump up to a higher end game. No hot spots, less flare ups and using the crafted system griddle, this thing has the space and power to do anything and not break a sweat. Best grill ever and worth the price.
This is my 2nd weber, and the reason is my first one lasted me 20 years! They are well worth the initial investment, with a bit of care and a few replacement parts here and there im hoping this one lasts just as long. Love the 4 burner capacity and the weber crafted options. Can't wait for the smoker box with water tray to be available, and also looking forward to purchasing the rotisserie, some smoked rotisserue chicken sounds so mouth watering.
The grill works good. Taking a little time to get used to from my old grill cause the burners are lower. Hope it last the 22 years my Napoleon grill lasted. Gave it 3 stars because of the following: 1.) The automated website, with step by step instructions to assists you in assembling the grill was bad. I couldn't get the site to work properly. It kept giving a grill with the assembly instructions that wasn't even close to mine. So ended up using the instruction that came with the grill which were VERY VAGUE. 2.) In the very vague instructions as you start assembling the base it shows that there are yellow dots on one side and base. These two yellow dots were suppose to align the assembly so other parts will fit properly. Will, my grill had the dots put on by a Friday ready to leave worker or, a temp worker or, someone who didn't care, for I had to tear everything apart and flip the base to get everything to fit properly. 3.) The instructions on how to run the igniter wires were hard to figure out and no mention of color coding in the instructions. 4.) Assembling the grill was more difficult then what it should have been. The person who wrote these instructions should assemble a grill as how the instructions were written, not because he knows it goes this way. 5.) I also feel it was overpriced by about $200. I couldn't buy the grill without the side burner, something I'll never will use. The free meat thermometer is useless to any BBQ guy who uses his eyes and juice flow for doneness.

Thanks for taking the time to share feedback with us on your new grill. We are sorry to hear about the trouble with the assembly instructions, we will make sure that your specific feedback is passed along to the team. It sounds like you have everything together already but if not you might check out the BILT app for a visual step by step assembly guide. Our reviews team will follow up with you. Thanks!
You will not be disappointed. This grill rocks! Get the Weber griddle / pan to go with it and you’ll be ready to cook everything you can on a stove or in an oven.
The product rusts unlike the 2 Weber 3 burners I had before. Not sure what is going on with the materials used. The new design is great. Love it. In less than 30 days surface rusting is beyond normal. After jumping through some hoops the specialist team did send me new doors. But I know the hood is going to rust. Hopefully Weber will send a new hood. I would steer people to the black enameled hood. Love the design- shocked by a Weber rusting like this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for your feedback. We are surprised to hear that your grill is in this condition, as regular maintenance should keep your grill's surfaces in top shape. Please accept our apologies for the disappointment.
It is possible for grease from cooking to accumulate on your grill which can accelerate corrosion if it is not cleaned. At the first sign of discoloration, we recommend using a rust cleaner like Bar Keeper's Friend to remove the spot. If left untreated, any steel surface exposed to moisture, high heat, and air will rust.
Please look for an email follow-up from our team. Thank you!
This is my 3rd Weber gas grill. The S435 is the biggest and lowest quality of the 3. First, the gasser has the thinnest metal of any Weber cooker I've owned. Second, assembly wasn't as easy as it could be because screws were missing from the bags and Weber uses too much packaging. Third and most importantly, the grill igniter system was defective. Customer service did respond and replaced the entire ignition system so it works as designed. This will be my last Weber. If it doesn't last, I will replace with another better quality cooker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm loving my new Genesis. It heats up quickly and evenly, retains heat well, and is very well built. It puts out plenty of heat, including the side burner. The grates clean up easily and the extra storage is handy. Excellent grill. I have not yet tried out any of the other accessories, but I'm planning to soon.
Assembly was easy enough and took me about an hour and a half by myself.
A part was damaged during shipping and the Weber customer service sent me a replacement right away. They were very responsive and helpful.
