This gas grill is the Cadillac of grills. The large grill surface allows me to create several different temperature zones for searing, cooking and keeping food warm. With so many burners, I have complete control inside the grilling area. Also, the external burner is so very handy for using any size pot. I often sauté mushrooms or steam vegetables on the burner. I previously purchased a Weber gas grill in the year 2000 and continued using it until this new purchase in 2025. I must say, you get your moneys worth from Weber. I highly recommend Weber grills to my family and friends.
upgrade to old Genisis II sear feature woks great and pizza stone option is outstanding!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed in this grill. One year later the writing for low to high is peeling off. Also caught on fire because of tray having to much grease built up. Cooks ok but the grates are starting to rust and it not even out in the rain. Nothing compared to the summit I had previously that last 10years. Ill be lucky to get 3 yrs of use out of it.

Troubleshooting Steps to Get Out of Bypass
Make sure the LP tank valve is closed and all of the control knobs are in the OFF position. Next, open the grill lid and then turn on the LP tank valve until it is completely open. Wait at least 60 seconds after the tank has been completely opened before the next step. Turn the first burner (front or left) to the Start/High position and then press the igniter button (if needed) until the burner is lit. Repeat for the remaining burners, or if there is a crossover tube, just turn the remaining burners to high. Close the lid. The grill should preheat to 500-550 degrees in 10-15mins. If this does not work for the Q300 series, it may help to have the customer try a quick start, or light the inside burner before the outside.
For models with a side burner, be sure to check the side burner control knob to ensure that it was not left on. If the control knob was left on, this can cause the grill to go into bypass.
Our Care team will be reaching out to follow up. Thank you!
