Starting is not easy multiple times doesn't start on first or second time

Exactly what I hoped for! Burners-great! Sear section-great! Ease of light-up…great! And, it looks great, too! :) Oh! Easy cleaning :). My last grill lasted for about 8 years- had issues from day one. Long-term use with this one will tell, but by all indications thus far, this will be the family of grill that will be in our family moving forward.
I store it covered inside. When I uncovered it surface rust was on the doors, grill cover and side trays. I tried contacting Weber but could only chat and could not get an answer to my issue. Cooking on it is fine. Just would be nice to be able to contact a person.
Weber's warranty is next to useless. Sure they'll give you a warranty but good luck having Weber stock the part. They'll give you the run around for claiming the part is on back order and won't compensate you for the cost of purchasing the part from an independent retailer who actually has it in stock. Take your dollars elsewhere.
