Absolutely loving our new Weber Genesis E-435 thus far. So far the only issue I'm having is that the side table scratch easily so putting something on them while cooking is a must. Other than that... love it thus far.
To be expected perhaps, but this grill performs like a Weber: reliably and excellently. I use it to cook using indirect heat to lessen the chance of flare ups, and it has so far performed flawlessly. There's so much space on the grill that I can turn off the middle two burners leaving the outer two on and maintain around 380 degree F cooking temps, which is perfect for most of my cooks. Instructions to assemble were 100% accurate. It took me alone around 4 hours to assemble, but I may be slower than most people since I hate making mistakes in assembling things like this and will re-read instructions frequently and proceed slowly in assembling. I also used the "BILT" app and it provided additional context via its diagrams that were very helpful. The fully assembled grill is rock solid, which is what I'd expect from a Weber.
The grill is great. There is a design flaw though as it has a very flat top which collects water during a rain storm. I keep the cover on it so it’s no hurting my unit but one would think that a good design team would pick up on this very quickly and change it before they produced the grill.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had to replace my summit grill with a new one. I choose the Genesis S-435. One of the best decisions I have ever made. It was better than the summit with a number of improvements too numerous to list. Every day I use this grill it surprises me with a new innovation or improvement. I have been using the new grill for about a month and could not be more delighted.
I was tired of buying a new grill every few years. No matter what lengths I went to to preserve them it didn't matter. This thing is a beast. The burners are way better than other grills I've had. The flames are blue and even. All the angles are steep which directs grease right to the drip pan. There is no place for accumulation. The pan fills within a few uses. On others it took a summer season to fill. I walked past another well known brand yesterday in a store. I grabbed it and moved it around. It felt flimsy compared to this Weber and my lid probably weighed more than this entire grill. I only gave 4 stars only because Weber doesn't sell a smaller griddle for it. Like half a griddle. Not because of the grill itself.
