First of all, the grill is built very sturdy and designed with great detail. Easy to use and provides a platform for any grilling need. Grilling, smoking, rotisserie, hot plate, wok and just plain cooking. The sear feature is incredible and puts the perfect color and texture on the meat.

Great grill. I had a 30 + year old weber, but when I moved I got an S-435. The stainless is easy to clean and I live close to the coast so I don't want rust. The size is great, and I can use just one or 2 burners for smaller BBQ needs. It also allows easy indirect cooking. The sear blaster works wonderfully. Finally, the heat goes low enough to gently cook anything even on direct heat.

Works great. Love the Crafted accessories. Have used the griddle multiple times and great pizza off the stone. And of course, it cooks an awesome steak. Seldom do we cook in our oven or stove top anymore.
