This BBQ was really more than we needed for just the two of us . . . but I LOVE it anyhow!! I wanted the four burner so I could leave the frame kit inserted all the time and still have ample grilling space. I also purchased the griddle, baking stone, and grilling basket. The main accessory I wanted was the griddle and I use it almost daily. The BBQ heats up quickly and evenly and though I'm not a master chef or anything I'm still really enjoying the versatility of this grill. I've also used the baking stone for pizza and love how quick and easy it is to make my own at home. I look forward to expanding my skills.
Owned Weber BBQ's for 35 years. This is really a nice big set up. I like searing food on the right side and then movjng food to the left side over indirect heat to get to the perfect internal temp. I love salmon. Using the Weber Connect probes i just cooked my last salmon to the absolute juiciest salmon i have done in 20 plus year's. Cooked 2 ribeyes and one was 3/8" thicker then the other one and was able to finish both of them up to 145 degrees at about the same time by upping the temp under the thicker one while using the Weber Connect probes. I have found inserting the probes into the top of the meat is more accurate then coming in from the side as Weber shows. I double check temp with my instant Thermo probe. VERY happy with this BBQ so far. It was a birthday present from my wife.
I was very impressed when I opened the box. It was well packaged with boxes labeled and parts bags also labeled. It took some space in the garage to lay it all out and inventory it, it the guide and the app provided made it easy to assemble. It is also a very well made grill with high quality matrials. I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought the grill from bbqing in ottawa and the package had parts that were incorrect and missing. I called them multiple times but did not get through. I drove there and reported what happened and was told they ordered the part missing in. Never got a call back and did not receive the part.
