I have owned a stainless steel grill for over twenty years which served me well. While looking for a replacement I researched several brands until I finally decided on Weber brand because of reputation and availability. I do like using a larger grilling surface as it just gives me more grilling options. I also purchased the 1/2 griddle which is plenty big enough for my use and I still have 1/2 grate area to cook at same time. I like the product so far, works well and I anticipate buying the rotisserie soon.

This was a replacement for a poorly constructed Summit Grill that lasted less than 5 years. I can immediately see the upgrades in materials in new Genesis grill
