Disappointed that I ordered a stainless steel grill and many of the parts are painted metal and not stainless. I'm very concerned the frame will not hold up well in a salty beach environment.

Congratulations on your new Genesis S-435 gas grill! We so sorry to hear of your disappointment. We are here to help. Your grill comes with an extensive warranty and we will always stand behind our products. We have some great tips to keep your grill in tip top shape in the salty beach environment.
If your grill is located in a coastal or humid area, or if chlorine is present in your environment, additional maintenance will be needed to keep up the appearance of the exterior steel parts.
At the first sign of staining/discoloration/surface rust we would recommend cleaning with stainless steel cleaner (ex. Bar Keepers Friend). Once cleaned, we recommend using a stainless steel polish (ex. Weber's brand) to keep it looking its best in-between cleanings.
Once a week we would recommend wiping down the grill with a wet towel or rag and then drying completely.
We would only recommend covering your grill if you know inclement weather is coming.
The quicker you get at a stain the easier it will be to clean off.

This new Webber Genesis S435 is great! Plenty of space for cooking my steaks and veggies. Fire volume is perfect to balance the temp for fine grilling my burgers, steaks and London broil!!!

I am very happy so far. I haven’t used very much yet. The one issue I have with the grill is the difficulty loading the propane tank. The other thing that was a little irritating as I was setting it up was having to get down on the deck to read the tag on the gas line. I couldn’t read it easily in that position so I ripped it off so I could see it. The first thing I read when I got it out was “Do not remove this tag”. Oh, well.
