Gge Weber Genesis S435 was the perfect addition to my outdoor patio area. It is a good size, and it operates flawlessly. In addition to being a joy to cook on, one of my favorite features is the ease of cleaning it. The pull out tray/grease trap was a fantastic addition. Obviously your grill gets dirty when you cook on it, but this pull out feature makes it super simple to keep the BBQ clean and ready for the next grilling! I would highly recommend this grill to ANYONE, and I would buy it againb!

Very even heat across the entire grill area. Excellent results when using the rotisserie option (bought as an add on). The side burner boils a large pot of water sufficiently. Love using natural gas as opposed to propane.

I’m a little disappointed with the following 2 items. First the griddle doesn’t come in any size other than the full space of the grill. Why don’t they provide a half size. It would be so much easier to put in and out. And, allows you to grill and griddle at the same time. Second, the grill doesn’t seem to cook effectively on the side away from the burner. We have to cook chicken, as an example and extra 10 to 15 min to get the crispy skin and cooked all the way through. Steaks are too coked through and through even though we seer them first. They actual cook better on the griddle
