I purchased a floor model. Installation, warranty booklets and all other papers were not with it. Called Weber to get copies. Was told to download. I dont want papers off my printer. I would like the booklets.

Expensive, probably the last grill I will ever own

This grill has it all (if you get it fully loaded). It is the highest quality grill I have owned and at age 60 I think this will last the rest of my lifetime. I got a full size griddle insert that is awesome but operate it with the drop in griddle in half and half mode most of the time.

Lov the grill! I'm still learning the ins and outs of it, but overall it's built solid and cooks FAST! I purchased a griddle that I haven't tried out to date, that covers the whole cooking area and is really heavy....LOL! Cost wise, it's a little more than I wanted to spend for it, but I'm happy I did and look forward to many barbequed meals.

Not the Same Quality. Had to get two replacement doors before getting one that would actually close due to being warped. Product came out of box with scratches and gouges.

The grill arrived on time and in great shape. The chipping company was very easy to communicate with. Upon opening the shipping containers, I was concerned with the number of boxes and pieces, but was able to quickly put everything together using the app and manual. We love our new Weber! Just skip straight to the good brand. Save yourself the hassle of buying a new grill every couple years.

Very efficient with a quick heat-up to target temperature. The sere zone is very powerful, so mind the time. Every other feature is innovative and a vast improvement over what my 18 year-old Weber Gold had. The only thing I would change is to make the tool hooks deeper, to keep tongs, etc. more secure and less apt to fall out.
