Bought this grill new from a big box store. Assembled it myself. There were a few small dents, and one broken part which did not affect the use of the grill initially. However, I registered it and immediately called Weber. The part arrived a few days later and the process was SUPER easy. The grill heats up quickly and holds temperature like none other. Great product, and even better customer service.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ignition doesn't work in one of the burners. The installation was done by professionals but the ignition never worked

If you are not hearing a clicking noise when you press the igniter button, it is possible that the igniter electrodes that light your burners shifted during shipping or assembly. We recommend checking the end of the burners to confirm each electrode is parallel to the top of the burner.
We also recommend checking the wire connections at your igniter module under the grill.

Loving our new grill. The sear function is outstanding and it has very consistent heat across the grill. Assembly instructions were very well written and it took me about two hours to assemble.

This is a well made grill. It is large enough to cook for a large gathering. This week I BBQ'd 3 whole racks of baby back ribs with room for another 3 at least. When I was in the market for a larger grill - no their brand was considered.

We upgraded from a Spirt and couldn’t be happier! Initially we were going to get the 3 burner, but figured if we’re upgrading we might as well go with the 4 burner for the times we need a little extra space. Having more burners to control different cooking areas has been a game changer, and I love the sear station. I’m looking forward to getting some of the Crafted accessories and trying them out soon!
