First time Weber Owner…
Consistent heat! Large grilling space, even when you swap out one side for one of their MANY accessories!! Nice sized prep area on the right side, left side houses a burner for pots or pans.
I’ve use both the Pizza Stone and Griddle and have had wonderful success with both! Making everything from scratch pizza and cookies on the stone to breakfast basics (bacon, sausage, eggs) and veggies on the griddle.
Searing station gives you that much needed punch of heat to get a great sear! Steaks are cooked evenly throughout!!
Pretty easy to assemble, I did it on my own, but having two sets of hands would have been more ideal.
I’m looking for many years use out of this bad boy and taking my grilling up a few notches!!
