Five years later and this grill is still rocking like it's brand new. I just did a deep clean and was amazed at how perfect the burners still are—they look and work flawlessly. This is my first natural gas grill after years of using propane, and I love not having to worry about running out. While it's a pricey unit, the warranty and service are top-notch and have made it more than worth the cost. I've had two claims handled quickly and easily. I'll definitely be buying Weber again! BTW, warranty process works much quicker if you registered the unit or if you have your original receipt.
My e-415 Weber grill blew off my deck during a wind storm earlier this year. It was only 7 years old. I loved that grill, especially the 'copper' color. However, this grill has a side burner, closed doors for storage, a separate side storage unit and a large surface. I separately purchased a half griddle, which I really enjoy making breakfast and other foods on the grill. I wish the griddle was about an inch higher on the sides. This would prevent food from falling into the grill...especially when flipping vegetables, but not a big problem. I also would bring back the copper grill as an option...great color!
My new Genesis Grill is everything I was hoping for. Well built with quality materials but just as important, much more efficient than the grill I had previously. I find that the grill heats quickly and provides a good even distribution of heat giving perfect results every time.
Love my new Genesis S-435. I upgraded from 3 burner Spiritto get the larger size and sear station. I added on the Griddle top to make smash burgers and breakfast. Such a great purchase.
In the Destin FL salt air this is the only grill tha will last... I have had a prior Weber for 15 years and the burners are still great... I took it to a property in GA and got this larger one for our new pool. I wont own anything but a Weber!
