Some of my burners do not ignite, which I have to ignite manually.

It is possible that the igniter electrodes which light your burners shifted during shipping or assembly. We recommend checking the end of the burners to confirm each electrode is parallel to the top of the burner.
We also recommend checking the wire connections at your igniter module under the grill.

My new grill is great but i got a 4 burner and the griddle they have fits a 3 burner (can be used with a 4 burner) but there is a large space between the grates and the griddle. Not custom fit for a 4 burner.
I would recommend this to a friend!

However, it is surprising to learn that there is a gap between your griddle and the grates. Your griddle should fit onto the Weber CRAFTED Frame Kit that came with your grill. You will use the large cooking grate and smaller cooking grate to the left of the frame. In front of the frame, there is a small gap where the spacer grate fits.
