I ordered the grill form Home Depot, to be assembled and delivered to my home. Unfortunately, the grease tray and wire catch pan holder were missing. I ordered the grease tray, but when I tried to slide it in, I discovered the rails were incorrectly installed so it couldn't be used. Returned the grill for a refund.

The first burner failed after first use, Weber has refused to send a tech to inspect and repair under warranty. They expect me to disassemble and photograph. That is not happening.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
