It is working great! I am having to learn how to smoke on the EX6, 2nd Generation. Like any smoker, you have to learn the particular way it wants to smoke. I have used the smoker 5 times and am satisfied with the way its is cooking. The recommended clean-up is not laborious and is easy to do. The Weber wood pellets work great and are priced comparable to all other brands, so for now I am sticking with the Weber brand. The only problem is I have to order the Weber pellets. None of the stores nearby carry the Weber brand at the moment. This is not a big problem. I just order a couple of bags of each type of pellets to keep an inventory on hand.

Like it a lot. I do have the front shelf and would like to see the handle raised about an inch so an aluminum pan could slide under the handle, currently can’t

Great grill. Firmware still has a small bug.

Really like this grill. But I did have 1 failure to ignite. I just needed to clean the fire pot. And another more irritating issue is that I had my screen turn off and back on. When it came back on all of my target temps were gone. This was on the latest firmware as of 11-16-2020
This has only happened one time. I suspect a memory leak in the firmware while using all 4 probes with 2 target temps. I’ll have to test more to be sure.
Other than the growing pains.... I love this grill
