Have had a lot of issues that should have been engineered out. Other pellet brand grills don't have these issues.

I love my Smokefire, used it probably twice a month and after two years started to malfunction. Reached out to Weber support and they wanted me to dismantle it and send different photos which is impossible for me, I like to cook but I am not a mechanic. So after two years it’s just sitting there.
