I know this grill has had some complaints with earlier models. I cooked our Thanksgiving turkey on this grill and it worked great. The turkey was a huge hit! I do believe cleaning up after is a big part of pellet grills. Clean up was pretty easy. I have also cooked appetizers for a party on this grill, again with no issues. Warranty is great so time will tell if there are any issues but I like this grill alot so far. Goes great with my Genesis. Made in America also very important for me vs the other company pellet smokers. Grill was supplied with extra glo plugs and software updated after connection to internet. Software upgrade took about 20 minutes so keep that in mind if your on a tight cook schedule. Not sure how often updates happen.

After initial pellet bridging issues have had several good to great cooks since. Reverse sear ribeye was among best steak ever and meat probes seem accurate. Still working to map out cool vs hot spots for extended cooks but feel that this is among top pellet grills on the market. First ever pellet grill for me as typically use Weber charcoal and gas grills which I still have and offset smoker for slow and low cooks. Not a set temp and forget but don’t believe any grill is. Would recommend for anyone wanting a pellet grill.

I have this over a year now and am still surprised every time I use it that it is this good!
The smoke ring on meats is great. The temperature control from the app while you do whatever else you have to do is great. No more running outside at 4:00 AM to check coals etc!
If this was available years ago, I'm sorry to say Weber, I would only have one go to Weber product!

Weber has always been my go to for grills through the years. I did a ton of research in making sure I was making the right decision and sticking with weber when purchasing a smoker/grill. This thing works flawlessly. I have now owned it for two months and made about a dozen meals and everyone gets better. It is amazing that a pellet grill can keep such a consistent temperature and the Wi-Fi temperature probes are excellent. The only issue I had was that they put a guard in the hopper feed and I'm guessing its for safety for the auger feed from the hopper box. I use a lot of different pellets in it and that might have been the issue but since I removed the screen and had no feeding issues whatsoever. Minor issue considering all the things going on with this unit. Hope this helps and good luck with your cooking.

The App and temp work great, I have done a standing Rib Roast and a Boston Butt and both have turned out perfect. The only issue is the pellets do not slide down the hopper as they should when they start to get depleated.
I read the reviews; if you take your time and assemble the grill correctly, I think you will avoid most of the issues. The pellets not sliding down the hopper is the only issue I have seen.

overall I am happy with the product, couple things I would change on design,
the pellet feeder is exposed inside the grill and the pellets that are in transit sometimes get burned up on flare ups, then the grill temp drops afterwards because of the lack of pellets/fuel in the chamber.....
also, webber should consider a better insulated product for cooks outside in cold temps....
frustrating when the electric element burns out....
puts out great BBQ food otherwise.
