Probe temps #1/#2 do not match interior probe or a stand alone thermometer (30-40 degree difference). Hot spot on center right of grill and still a small issue with pellets not completely feeding down the ramp. I’m being picky and can live with the issues but this thing was expensive. I put six bags of pellets through it so far and would purchase again.
Grill performs great when working. However I am getting constant flameouts and Weber support is being extremely unresponsive.

To expensive for a pellet feeding smoker. Don’t get me wrong I have and always had propane and charcoal Webber grills for 20 years. But for some reason this smoker dosn’t live up to the Webber name or the price. From the pellet box to the auger some thing about it just dosnt say Webber. The barrel is good. It holds temperatures pretty well and has tons of room. The flavor bars are weird how they are set up. If I had to buy this smoker again I probably wouldn’t. If the price was $300-$500 less Probably would

Seems like I can’t go through a long cook without something going wrong. Flameout with last overnight cook. I do love the bbq this Smokefire generates though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this smart pellet grill. It’s great for everything from smoking and searing . The tracking on your app and having the ability hit it with extra smoke is pretty dang cool. Make you set up your Bluetooth and app correctly. Be patient with the updates. If not, you won’t connect properly and the grill will not work the way you want it.
This is an excellent pellet grill. Very consistent cook that can reach the high temperatures you can get from a traditional grill. The issues that were present in the previous model have been fixed. Not to mention, Webers support is amazing. They stand by their product and support their consumers.
