I love how the grill cooks and the flavor it can produce. The only issue is the pellet hopper. Once it gets to a certain level I have to push the pellets down by hand and it’s usually from the side with the pellet sensor, so there is no alert of low pellets.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We suggest starting with a full hopper at the start of your cook and periodically checking the hopper to be sure the hopper stays full throughout your cook.
The grill will use 1-2 lbs of pellets per hour during low and slow cook temperatures and 3-5lbs pellets per hour during high heat cook temperatures. Hopefully, this is helpful.

i love the smoker it’s self although on initial burn off the auger jammed 3 times almost had a fire from pellet over feeding, also the ignitor went bad after the 1st use and flavorizer bar seem to fall out of place if any movement on smoker, other then that i think it’s great product.

Much, much better that the 1st Gen. Burns clean, comes up to temp quickly, holds temp well. Haven't tried to got downward in temp (searing first then lowering the temp) yet, which I never was successful at in the first version, but have reverse seared which came out very well. Count me in as very pleased.
