Pellet bridging problems (can't be that expensive to add something to keep the pellets from bridging instead of relying on gravity feed). Takes a long time to shutdown (whenever the SF throws an error) before you can restart the SF again. Stainless stell shelf feels cheap and flimsy.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the Smokefire EX6. We are so sorry to hear of your disappointment with the pellet bridging, the long shut down, and the quality of the side shelf.
We recommend using fresh Weber pellets in your SmokeFire. Fresh pellets will snap when broken in half, not crumble. Dusty, crumbly pellets can create many unwanted issues such as auger jams and pellet bridging.
Your grill is backed by a generous warranty. Please look for an outreach email from our Support team. Thank you!
When it’s working good you can’t beat it, but when it called for an update,I did,but have had nothing but problems since. Now, every time I use it I have to do a factory reset and then it works right half of the time.

Love it. Assembly wasn’t bad and it worked great yesterday. Made some chicken last night and it was great. Going to put the ribs on this weekend so will have more content after the weekend. Just a beautiful smoker
It's great when it works. The app has connected to the grill once. I've reinstalled it multiple times. Doesn't always cook evenly across all the burners. Love the taste when it does work though. Wasn't even a year and a fuse broke in it. Customet service was helpful and walked me through fixing it. The customer service website doesn't offer a lot of useful solutions.

I really enjoy cooking with the EX6! This is my first pellet smoker and I decided to stick with Weber because I've been a Weber fan since I saw my dad cooking with one back in the 70s when I was a kid. The EX6 is easy and fun to use, and it looks fantastic. The cover for it is waterproof and breathes easy so I have no fear keeping it outside. Very happy with the unit.
Great grill/smoker, only issue is the pellet tray doesn’t feed pellets the best, you have to manually push pellets down the slide after about 3 hours or so depending on your temperature. Otherwise no complaints at all and temperature range is fantastic! Excellent results so far!
The control needs to be simplified and the. You should just be abel to adjust up and down temps without a lot of strokes and movements. A nice grill but I would rather have charcoal and a more reasonable price.

Great grill and amazing results when smoking meats. However, still struggling with the app. I've stopped trying to use it because it tries to update every time I turn it on and then shuts down the grill while we're trying to cook something to install the updates. If this only happened once I would understand the grill needed to update, but it happens whenever I try to use the app. If you don't want to use the app, the grill gets 5 stars easily, but because one of the Weber selling points is the app, I feel it loses a star because the app makes an otherwise great grill a frustration.
