Great so far! I’ve had the grill about a month. I have cooked a couple things and have been very pleased with the results; good flavor, even heat distribution… Very user friendly and simple to get started. Time will tell the durability. The grill is easy on the eyes as well. :-)
Had trouble getting it to connect with my phone, then controller went to recovery mode. Weber sent me a new controller within 2 days, installed it and everything works fine. I have noticed that the grill seems to have a cool spot to the left side, not sure if this will disappear with more use of the grill, as I have only used it twice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Seems pricey, not excited about wifi, doesnt transfer heat from 1 end of grill to other, not able to hook up to my phone, but does hook up to my tablet. Im not impressed with this grill. Wishing i would not have bought it.

I've only been cooking on this thing for a few weeks now but it performs flawlessly. It's not only a great smoker but also a great grill. Everything I've made has turned out delicious.
Pellets don't always slide down. Not reliable in the least. Wish I went with another brand or could refund this smoker.

We recommend using fresh Weber pellets in your SmokeFire. Fresh pellets will snap when broken in half, not crumble. Dusty, crumbly pellets can create many unwanted issues such as auger jams and pellet bridging.
