The only thing I don’t like About this grill is the hopper is small and the lid to fill the hopper is awkward it needs to open away from the grill. Not towards it.

Good smoker. Couple of upgrades needed: Storage area for cast iron items. More hanging pegs for cooking tools, better wifi radio!!!! Had to move a repeater very close, better seal in the grill. The top doesn't quite close completely. Other than that. Works great. Love that I can adjust the temp remotely
I would recommend this to a friend!

Has performed as promised so far! I took a chance (based on reviews of the 1st Gen model) but have experienced no negative issues to this point. Highly recommend!

Initial assembly was so easy when compared to wood pellet smokers from other brands (I have or have had owned 5 other brands of wood pellet smokers). Software download and activation were seamless. After assembly, wipe-down and burn-in were performed, I cooked burgers, pork ribs, beef ribs, and then a 16 pound packer brisket - all were successful and easy. (see pic of brisket)
Stopped working after 6 months. Replaced several parts still doesnt work. Frustrating considering how much it costs
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the grill/smoker. Would give 5 stars, but I'm a little concerned about grease fires because of the grease track so close to the fire box. Also, the pellet tank on the hopper is a huge frustration point as the pellets do not slide down the ramp so I'm constantly getting the low fuel alert and have to sweep the pellets down into the hopper.
This is my first experience with a pellet smoker and I’m impressed with it so far. My biggest disappointment is the required cool-down that takes about 15 minutes before you can physically turn it off. I don’t know if other brands have a similar requirement but that’s why I deducted 1 star. The phone app is awesome. My old smoker is an offset firebox wood burner and works great but requires constant tending. So being able to change the temp from my phone is pretty cool. So far so good
