I've been very pleased with this grill so far. Assembly was straight forward and all the parts fit well. It gets up to cooking temperature very quickly. I've cooked BBQ and grilled steaks an burgers so far and all have been good. It seems to do a good job holding the cooking temperature, and the phone app is a definite plus.

This is a beautiful, very impressive grill. This is our first pellet grill coming from a charcoal grill, and I LOVE the ability to control the temp, use built in thermometers, and control the smoke if I want. I have 4 stars because the right side of the grill probably cooks 50 degrees cooler than the left side, but with so much cook space that's okay. The fuse blew the first week we had it and had to be replaced, but other than that the second Gen works perfectly. All our neighbors are jealous!

Just love it. I’m a guy, this is a machine… So easy, set it from your phone if you want. Start it up, set temp, add food, wait…eat. It holds your temperature from low and slow 200, up to 600 plus. Who needs 600 degrees? Want that steak now?
My wife and I assembled it over a couple of beers, added our pellets and started cooking. Weber Smokefire E6 is fun. It’s just so cool to use it. We added fold down shelves and just lovin it. Did I mention it’s fun, oh, and very easy.

Very happy with temp control and how well it has smoked a brisket. (Accessories) Not happy with the side shelf it's not what I expected from weber, shelf is flimsy and a couple a gauges too thin(poor design). The front shelf is a bit better feels stury but I don't like the two piece design. Also the handle is really close to the shelf and needs to be raised up. I will be repositioning the handle a bit higher. Would recommend to a friend but would also let them know about the shelves.

Initially excited as this was Weber and I’ve always had a great experience with their grills. Plus this was the 2nd generation EX6 so all the bugs should have been worked out. On my very first cook (brisket) it started losing temp about 8 hours in. No warning. No error code. The flame just went out. And there ended up being pellets all over the bottom of the smoker. Cleaned everything out and started it again. An hour later it lost temp again and pellets all over the place. Took everything apart and found the plastic had melted around the glow plug. Weber replaced the parts but I’m hesitant to have a longer cook now or to not watch it like a hawk. Especially without getting an error when there was an issue - which customer service said should have happened. Makes me think there is a larger issue….
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
