Awesome grill and smoker

I've had my EX6 for about 6 weeks now and I have reverse seared steak, smoked ribs, chicken and brisket. Every single thing turned out great!! If it lasts several years then I couldn't be happier!!!
It cooks very nice and it’s easy to use. It requires quite a bit of maintenance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've used it 5 times on four different types of meat and two different "flavors" of pellets. Smoke Boost it definitely necessary. Very consistent heat. Easy to operate.
I have been cooking on WSMs for a long time. Total charcoal guy... I have looked at other pellet grills in the past and was not impressed. That all changed when I got to see a demo of the EX6g2. This grill does everything very well. My family swears the brisket and ribs are better on the SF than my WSM! Weber got this one right.
I’ve been watching and reading about these grills long before they were available to the public and was sad about the reviews on the first generation…fast forward I bought a EX6 in late September and could not be happier, so far I’ve done a brisket (14hr) couple of tri-tips and tomorrow we’re going to try to smoke a salmon. This grill will take a little more attention to keep clean then my previous, which is no problem for me. My first addition to the grill will to add a rotisserie (I have a plan).
