The bbq is great and big. It also produces very tasty bbq, best I have made. Not too smokey and keeps temps stable whenow and slow (under 300). However It struggles in the semi cold (40 degrees) to keep temp and eats pellets quickly. Also had a grease fire already which hurt the enamel of the grill because the hot pellets are thrown all over the bottom.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A great Grill. Heats to 200 in 12 minutes, 500 in 18 minutes. The Smoke boost rocks! The first starter was faulty, installed a new starter. No problems since then. A Bit of a flare up, but I know the problem(Grease Build up). This will be my full time grill from now on.

Love the grill, cooks great, stays at temp, and the app works well. One downfall is the folding shelf, it is really flimsy, and the bottle opener does not work well either because of the cheap thin construction. It really needs a replacement shelf that is thicker and stainless.

I waited for the gen 2 to come out and was still hesitant to purchase because of all the negative reviews and videos on the gen 1. I have had zero issues with this grill and it really can do everything from smoke brisket to searing steak and everything tastes amazing. I am very happy with my decision.

I was a little Leary after reading some of the Smokefire reviews but have always known Weber to make quality grills. They really seem to have gotten it right with the generation 2 Smokefires. I have done several cooks on it and have had nothing but success after success. I LOVE this grill! Gets up to temp quick. Also does great on slow cooks. Food tastes great. My family said the reverse seared steaks I made last night were the best they ever had. Easy to use. Easy to put together. The app works excellent. Easy to clean. If you are on the fence do yourself a favor and get one. So worth it.

Love My New Grill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this grill for x-mas 2020. I LOVE it. Weber is HIGH quality and reliable! I did see the negative reviews online. I was a little concerned. However, I have had no issues every. I clean before every use and I only use the grill for smoking.
