Great equipment and Customer Service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a Christmas present for my husband, and he absolutely loves it. there was some minor malfunction at the beginning, but customer service was responsive, a replacement part was sent, and ever since we have been enjoying pretty nice meals. It seems to be working well and smoothly, and client support was really nice and prompt.

Love grill just a couple suggestions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Grill is great I just have one suggestion about operating. When doing a long cook the pellet hopper while holds a lot of pellets does not feed all pellets into pit as it should. Meaning if cooking overnight and hopper is full you still need to push pellets down into feeder by hand. Other note is with accessories if you purchased the front folding shelf it is not useful because with lid closed the handle takes up majority of the shelf space so you can’t place anything on it then open lid or you can’t open lid then close with anything on shelf.

Excellent smoker. I put it together in an hour or so by myself. Once together, I added pellets and it fired right up on a 40 degree day and went to 400 degrees and held it easily. I cooked on it the next day for 8 hours and it performed flawlessly. I made the best BBQ I’ve ever made. Easy to clean. Holds temps with no problem. I’m a big fan. I’ve owned many Weber grills over the years so I’m not surprised. Excellent quality.
