[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the app is easy to navigate and sync to the smoker. I will say that in really cold weather it can throw the computer off so if it’s over freezing it works better. Remember it’s a computer running the smoker so be mindful. The thermometers are easy to use as well. I have used mine several times since purchasing in November. Don’t let the meat drip directly on the igniter or you will be disappointed. It’s a safety feature. Also be sure to clean it regularly as stated by Weber. Again remember there’s a computer running it so if it senses something wrong it won’t work properly.
