It is working great! I am having to learn how to smoke on the EX6, 2nd Generation. Like any smoker, you have to learn the particular way it wants to smoke. I have used the smoker 5 times and am satisfied with the way its is cooking. The recommended clean-up is not laborious and is easy to do. The Weber wood pellets work great and are priced comparable to all other brands, so for now I am sticking with the Weber brand. The only problem is I have to order the Weber pellets. None of the stores nearby carry the Weber brand at the moment. This is not a big problem. I just order a couple of bags of each type of pellets to keep an inventory on hand.

Having used other brands of pellet smoker/grills, I was excited to see Weber come to the market with one. And after I used it, I was more excited! It works great, gets up to temperature fast, holds temp very well & the features of the Weber Connect are awesome! I would definitely recommend this smoker/grill to anyone, first time user or seasoned pro!

I bought this a few weeks ago and I have already cooked a good variety of meets and foods. Everything has turned out tremendously, yes in the first version there were some bugs but they were quickly sorted out, gen2 seems to be amazing, have already run over 60lbs of pellets through it. Only had one issue with a void in the pellets on an overnight cook. Tested it out more with supervision and it hasn't happened again. But I expect that to occur every now and then.

Most everything about the EX6 is great. There are some issues with flare up at the bottom and the app doesn’t always sync with the controls.

This smoker is awesome!!! The first thing I made was a little disappointing but I was so anxious to use it I didn't follow the guides but after follow the guides my goodness I made some of the best ribs and a ribeye the was the best I ever eaten I was a little doubtful about the SmokeFire! After reading some of the reviews but I waited for the 2nd Gen and I absolutely have had no issues I follow Weber instructions to the (T) 6 cooks so far and everything is great

I have used it about 8-10 times so far. Only issue was on a very cold (10 degree) morning where I hadn't cleaned it out. It does low and slow wonderfully. The high heat function is great too. We have done both reverse sear as well as high heat steaks. All the food has been fantastic. The app is great.

work's great so far only issue is pellets need to push down at time's should have a small vibrating device that turns on time to time to solve issue.
