Bought it in May and it's been broken down and Weber hasn't came to fix it

I personally bought this and returned it with in a week it keep shutting down and blowing ashes all over and wasting pellets i will wait till they het this problem fix to buy another one but i do like the design and i do like weber products this was the gen 2 model ex6 smoke fire

The quality of the unit is not inline with the Weber name or price of the unit. I Normally purchase Weber product because I am confident they will last but this unit I have little confidence in. As someone who now sells Grills in my store, I will no longer be biased towards recommending the Weber products. My 3rd smoke was for a company cook out of standing rib roasts, I clean my units after each use but this unit overfed causing severe flare up of temp.

Terrible the parts keep breaking, I have only had this grille 8 months and warranty parts are not in stock

Many factors, like pellet quality and maintenance, can contribute to repeated part failure. For example, excess pellet dust from low-quality/stale pellets can cause jams if not cleaned out regularly.
We recommend using fresh, Weber-branded pellets with your grill for the best results. Regular maintenance takes less than 10 minutes and contributes to a successful outcome, as well!

This grill needs a lot of things fixed. Love the idea behind it, just needs a little better design.

Total waste of money, I’ve used it 3 times and had to take it apart twice to get it to work. Crappy workmanship, the welds on the auger are broken so the center rod turns but the screw it’s supposed to be welded to doesn’t.
