The product has the most uneven heat on the cooking surface than any I have ever seen. It flares up with the smallest amount of grease causing ruined steaks and burgers. I tried to use it multiple times, called customer service and eventually returned it within the window to receive my money back. The most positive thing I can say is they gave me a full refund and I purchased a different brand that works great.

Overall pleased , but Auger Motor failed and had to be replaced leaving me With concerns on weather or not I should keep the unit.

I have had my Smokefire for a few weeks now and absolutely Love It! I have done a few cooks on it and can’t find anything I don’t like about it. I have multiple Weber grills and will never buy anything else.
Love the grill and the features! However after using it 8 times the controller stopped working during a 4 hour cook and will not come back on?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Finally broke down and bought a pellet smoker. I am a huge Weber fan, and have 4 other webers: 18” Smokey mountain, charcoal performer, gas grill, and Q2000 portable. I like the quality of construction as well as the app and electronics interface. The pellet feed system needs some work. Also, the right side of the smoker seems hotter than the left side.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love weber but I had to send back after multiple problems and later found out that they are common (mostly fire not starting properly and timing out which is horrible when you have a lot of meat waiting and guest booked). After 4 smokes (started pellets with a small starter each time to make sure it worked), the motor went out. I had to return. They stood behind the product but what a hassle to assemble and then send back...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
