I never thought how efficient it would be and how great it cook all the things I added inside the grill. Everything came out perfectly delicious and at the same time it saves time and money. Thank you Weber!
The motor broke in the first 2month of ownership and I’m still waiting for the replacement part to be sent. This is very disappointing from Webber especially after GEN 1 was such a quality disaster.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great smoker, a few bugs to be worked out. Sometimes the temperature randomly goes way above the set temp. Removing a temp probe from the jack while the smoker is running also seems to lock the computer up. Running a shut down cycle while in the middle of a 15 hour smoke isn't too ideal. Love the functionality and features, however. Maybe there is a solution to these bugs?

I've used charcoal for many years and was hesitant to buy a pellet grill because most don't sear well. I decided to give this one a try since it claims to smoke and grill over open flames. It delivers! It's really easy to get great results with anything from hamburgers to pulled pork butt. Reverse seared pork chops are ridiculously good! I also didn't think I'd care about the wifi app but it was easy to set up and really convenient to check/change temperatures from anywhere. Love this grill!
Porcelain was chipping off where the lid closes we could not figure out why it was doing it Weber hit the ball right out of the park by sending us a new grill in Just a few days , Weber really takes care of its customers I am a customer for life Thankyou so much for taking care of the problem so quickly and exchanging the grill.
Made it through the burn-off cook without a hitch. The pit went out 2hrs into the initial cook and I couldn’t get it back on. Tried troubleshooting for the next 4 days….no luck. Returned for a refund. Absolutely gorgeous…but it didn’t work.
