It can summed up with one word "Awesome " very intelligent grilling hub,my favorite part is the amount of flavor the pellets give throughout what im cooking whether its something small like a steak or something large like a brisket
I love this pellet grill. The best flavor I have ever had absolutely amazing. Does it all steaks in 10 min perfect. The only downfall is a couple glitches that weber takes care of with a phone call.
The grill was neatly packed, instructions were easy to follow and was up and running in less than an hour. Extremely large cooking area with plenty of room to cook multiple items. The grill quickly gets to temp and maintains the set temperature. Way to go Weber, you knocked this one out of the park. This is my new favorite grill!
Can’t believe how much cooking space there is! Cleaning is a bit of a process I didn’t expect. Love the hood vent as opposed to a smokestack. Excellent smoked food (meats, veggies, spices and salts which all take smoke beautifully on the silicone grill liners). Super Smoker!
Solid Smoker and Grill. Adds a great amount of flavor with smoke boost. The other reviews citing the need for the front and side tables are not wrong, though it truly depends on how you manage your grill space. The software works most of the time, a few exceptions of remote temp changes not working every time. The Overall setup and use is straight forward and suited for masters and novices alike. I would certainly recommend this smoker, especially to those that read other reviews and understand the advantages and shortcomings of this model. For Weber, I would suggest an API for adding and storing cooking recipes to enhance the adoption and use of the software.
The optional front shelf is too small and / or too high and items placed on it interfere with the lid handle. Despite the hopper upgrade, even Weber pellets don’t always slide down. If it would be easy to do, it would be great if users could interrupt the shutdown program and restart the fire.
You will miss the smoky flavor from food if you are use to a regular smoker.

For starters, try using our Mesquite flavor Weber Pellets for a bolder smoke flavor. Our Hickory flavor Weber Pellets are also on the strong end of the flavor spectrum.
There is also a feature called SmokeBoost that is built into your SmokeFire grill that will help you achieve the flavor you are looking for.
SmokeBoost supercharges that unmistakable, wood-fired taste into your food. Smoky flavor penetrates cold, raw meat best, so we recommend using SmokeBoost within your cook's first two hours -- when the grill’s temperature is between 165-200 degrees. This is the ideal time and temperature for capturing the best smoky flavors from pellet wood smoke and smolder.
