I've used this only six or seven times. It has a smoker I'm disappointed. Smoke two briskets and two pork shoulders for 27 hours. Meat came out perfect except it black smoke flavor. I keep changing the types of pellets, and hope I can find one that will deliver more smoke flavor. It's funny though that the meat all had a very nice smoke ring, just lacked in flavor. I have ordered a few smoke tubes to implement with the smoking. I hope this improves the cook
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wow, that meat does look perfect! Thank you so much for sharing those photos along with your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble achieving the stronger smoke flavor you desire. One suggestion we have is to try the SmokeBoost feature on your EX6. SmokeBoost is a flavor mode that adds an extra kick of smoky, wood fired taste to your food for low & slow cooks. We always recommend using Weber pellets to fuel your SmokeFire. We reached out via email to share more information on this feature and to see if there is anything else we can do to help you get the best experience from your SmokeFire EX6. Thanks for being a fan!
Weber grills are the best the 2nd gen EX6 Smoke fire is made for ease-of-use and perfect results, this product takes the guesswork out of holding temperature how much smoke flavor do you want to add, if you want to smoke low and slow if you want to seer your steaks you can do it all on the EX6, being a Weber product user since 1968 says something about this product
Your Generation 2 is amazing. My family showed me how much they love my BBQ by not adding any barbecue sauce to my ribs, chicken or Pork shoulder and pork steaks (St Louis). My family are asking me to make all our dinners in my new grill
My Weber Grill is so versatile. We've smoked brisket, grilled and smoked steaks, and hamburgers and hot dogs. I'm preparing beer can chicken, wings, and pizza next. I love it.
