I only had to buy this because the regular size fuel box couldn’t get the temperature above 300 degrees. This gas burner cooks my pizzas less evenly than a cheaper gas pizza oven I have from another brand.

The Gas burner was simple

The Gas burner was simple to install. It does get very hot, do you need to watch the temperature gage and turn the pizza often. Or use the lower temperature with the slower cook which makes it easier to not burn the crust.

I personally love the gas over wood or coal. It's basically a giant jet engine heating up the oven. No fighting with fires or adding fuel just turn on and let it rip

Great addition to our Ooni oven

The gas burner was easy to install on the back of our Ooni Karu 12 oven. The unit also helped us keep the oven hot enough to bake the pizza quickly, which had been causing us issues in maintaining the heat (before its installation).
